As an Arlingtonian of Ecuadorian descent, Dr. Sacoto's cultural roots and diverse background have shaped her approach to medicine. Her journey in healthcare began in Ecuador, where she spent many years and earned her medical degree at the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil. Seeking further expertise, she completed her residency at Howard University Hospital, a pivotal step that contributed to her becoming a board-certified pediatrician through the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Sacoto's connection to the Arlington community runs deep, having worked in the area for over seven years before establishing Sacoto Pediatrics in 2005. Her practice is a testament to her commitment to providing comprehensive and personalized care to children and families.
